Every beginning has an end. I'm slowly realizing that eventually, you have to let go of some things. No matter how much you try to hold onto them, they change and eventually you just can't keep them near to you anymore. Pretty soon, they'll all be gone. Just like this one. It was foolish of me to think it would last. But once again I prove myself wrong. One morning, I'll wake up and it won't be there anymore. Maybe it's me and I just don't have what it takes to draw them close and keep them that way. I envy those who can. Well whatever. Enjoy it while it lasts. Who knows how long before I find another? At this rate, probably never.

Stupid blogspot won't let me re-attach my old blog to my account. Oh well. Guess this is as good a place to start from as any.
You know that saying, "friends are forever"? I never really did believe in it. I've met many people who have come into my life and sooner or later disappear. It happened so often that eventually, it was just simpler to have a select few friends and work to ensure that the friendship would never fail. Well I guess even when you try that hard, sometimes your efforts are made in vain. As of late, there has been a whole exodus of people whom I would have considered friends in the not-so-long-ago past. I guess it just goes to show you that nothing is infallible. It's just frustrating to see the work you put in come up with nothing.
